Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Railflows RFQ workspace. By creating an organization or submitting an RFQ you agree to them. They are an Alpha draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before general release.

What Railflows is

Railflows is an admin-curated workspace where buyers can structure confidential RFQs for payment infrastructure and receive responses from a curated set of providers.

What Railflows is not

Railflows does not hold, transmit, settle or process funds. Railflows helps companies source and benchmark regulated payment providers. All payment services are provided directly by licensed or otherwise authorised third-party providers.

Railflows may collect risk and onboarding-relevant information to assess provider fit. Railflows does not perform formal KYB/KYC approval and does not guarantee provider acceptance.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
• You may only use the platform on behalf of an organization you are authorised to represent.
• You will provide accurate information in your organization profile and RFQ.
• You will not attempt to bypass server-side authorization, scrape data, or impersonate other users or organizations.

Buyer responsibilities

• RFQ content you submit will be reviewed by Railflows admins and, once approved, an anonymized summary will be shared with selected providers.
• You consent to that anonymized sharing when you submit an RFQ — your identity, contact and documents are not shared without explicit reveal approval.
• You decide, per provider, whether to approve a reveal request and which documents (if any) to share.

Provider responsibilities

• Capability and risk-appetite information you submit must be accurate and current.
• Indicative response terms are non-binding until contracted directly with the buyer.
• You will treat anonymized RFQ summaries as confidential and will not forward them outside your organization or use them other than to evaluate the opportunity.
• Where reveal is approved, buyer identity and documents may only be used to evaluate, contract or onboard the buyer for the requested service.

Comparison output

The fit score Railflows surfaces in the buyer comparison is a directional assessment.

Scores are Railflows' directional assessment based on available RFQ and provider response information. Final pricing, onboarding approval and commercial terms are subject to provider due diligence and agreement.

Acceptable use

• No automated submissions, scraping, or load testing without prior written permission.
• No uploading content you don't have the right to share.
• No attempts to identify other buyers or providers via inference attacks on anonymized data.

Liability

Railflows is provided "as is" during Alpha. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Railflows is not a party to any contract you enter into with a payment provider; commercial outcomes are subject to direct due diligence between you and the provider.

Termination

You can stop using Railflows at any time by emailing support@railflows.com. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms or that pose a security or trust risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law (subject to legal review). Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden.
